This water front home was designed in Oldsmar, FL. It incorporates a 3 level design with garages on the first level with an adjacent basketball court with 17' ceilings. The second level features an open kitchen concept with a guest suite and master bedroom with views of the water. The third level has a two additional bedroom and a game room. Both upper levels have balconies with water front views. This custom home was designed to incorporate the specific needs of the client.
